The main rules for using ScoutD for individual scouts, including accounts, plans, data, Deco AI and responsibilities.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the website, requesting a demo, creating an account or using ScoutD for individual scouts, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

These terms apply to ScoutD for individual scouts. Solutions for clubs, agencies, federations or academies are governed by a separate contract.

2. The ScoutD service

ScoutD for individual scouts provides tools for individual scouting, athlete evaluation, reporting, match management, shortlists and support through Deco AI.

We may improve, change or discontinue features to evolve the product, fix issues or maintain security.

3. Accounts and security

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your access credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
  • You should notify us of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.

4. Individual and private workspace

In ScoutD for individual scouts, data created by the scout belongs to their private workspace, unless explicitly shared through product functionality.

ScoutD for individual scouts does not give clubs or third parties access to your data without a sharing action or integration provided by the service.

5. User-provided data

You retain rights over data you enter into ScoutD. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process, protect and provide that data through the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to enter data about athletes, associated clubs, matches, reports or third parties.

6. Plans, payments and cancellation

Plans, prices and limits for ScoutD for individual scouts are those shown at subscription stage.

Where payments are processed by external providers, their terms also apply.

You may cancel or change a subscription according to product options. Access may continue until the end of the already paid period.

7. Deco AI

Deco AI is an optional artificial intelligence assistant. It may support summaries, search, analysis and recommendations based on data available in ScoutD.

Deco AI does not replace professional judgement. Users should review answers before making sporting, contractual, medical, disciplinary or financial decisions.

8. Acceptable use

  • You must not use ScoutD for illegal, abusive or discriminatory purposes.
  • You must not attempt to access accounts, data or systems without authorisation.
  • You must not upload malware, offensive content or data you are not authorised to process.
  • You must not try to bypass technical, security or plan limits.

9. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep ScoutD available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete absence of errors.

ScoutD for individual scouts is a tool to support organisation and decision-making. Final decisions always belong to the user or competent decision-maker.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when needed. Relevant changes will be communicated reasonably through the website, product or email.
